Shank: Silver Inlay very ornate with sharp crescent-like angles
Rowel: Mirror Blue and very small

This pair of spurs has a very distinctive heelband with a raised concho which has an Indian Chief’s head (in profile) E. Garcia is a Contemporary Spur maker out of San Ysidro California, stamped E Garcia. He may have some of his spurs made in Amozoc Mexico. THIS HAS A MATCHING BIT
